Intergulf

Vancouver, BC – Completed 2015

This project, designed by Ramsay Worden Architects, consists of a 1.44 acre, 194 unit residential site which includes (3) mid-rise 6-storey concrete buildings and (3) wood frame town home blocks all constructed over one level of underground parking. The 174,000 square feet of constructed space is surrounded by gardens and common spaces. While the (3) mid-rise buildings include a total of 183 residential units, the (3) town home blocks include a total of 11 two-storey town homes.

Working with Fortis BC, DEC designed a Sewer Heat Recovery Heat Pump system based on DECs DESS type system.  The system incorporates Air Conditioning as part of the HVAC design at little to no additional cost to the developer.

This development is part of the City of Vancouver (COV) “Cambie Corridor Plan” and is being designed to meet LEED Gold certification.
